PeaberryNormally, a coffee bean contains two oval grains. But sometimes, during the process of fertilization only one seed ripens. The bean is larger and has a round shape. Unique beans are collected as a separate premium sort at the stage of harvesting. It makes up only 3% of all coffee beans in the world and is called a peaberry. It is believed that a peaberry has a brighter taste and more sweetness in it.
